Neil Reeder (Chair of the Trustee Board)
Neil is a civil servant of long standing with experience in strategy and analysis. Neil has previously been a trustee for the Nicholas Albery Foundation.
Josefine Speyer
Josefine is a psychotherapist and has been working in the field of death and dying and giving talks and workshops for 15 years. Josefine edited the Natural Death Handbook, directed the NDC, and co-founded the Befriending Network. Josefine has previously been a trustee for the Nicholas Albery Foundation.
Dr Julian Litten
In fields closely related to the NDC's work, Julian is well-know as the author of the seminal work, The English Way of Death. He was for thirty-five years on the staff of the V&A Museum, and is closely associated with built heritage and burial issues. Julian is a member of the Advisory Panel on the Archaeology of Christian Burials in England.

Susan Morris
An experienced nurse in caring for the dying. Susan deeply believes in support and advocacy for the dying and for funeral advice. Previous charities Susan has been a trustee of include the Nicholas Albery Foundation, The Natural Death Centre and the Befriending Network.
The Natural Death Centre Advisory Board:
Members include writers of the Natural Death Handbook, Founders of NDC, natural burial ground pioneers, palliative care nurse, funeral historian, death sociologist, funeral celebrant and Association of Natural Burial Grounds Director.
